Walk-in or booked appointment. No Korean language required. Show passport or any photo ID. English intake form completed — takes 3 minutes.
Blood draw for HIV/syphilis/hepatitis panel. First-void urine sample in a private bathroom for chlamydia/gonorrhea NAAT. Urethral swab available if urine sample is not feasible.
Leave the clinic and return to Seomyeon — cafes, restaurants, shopping within 5 minutes' walk. Or wait in the clinic's private waiting area with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Results reviewed by Dr. Kwon or clinic nurse. English written report issued: test name, result (reactive/non-reactive), reference ranges, and recommended follow-up action if any result is positive. Optional verbal explanation if requested.
Chlamydia and gonorrhea are treatable with same-day antibiotics prescribed in clinic. Syphilis (RPR-reactive): oral or IM penicillin prescribed. HIV-reactive results: immediate referral to HIV specialist at Busan National University Hospital with English-language coordination.
