Yes. The 20-minute pre-travel video consultation involves no fee and no commitment to proceed. It exists because a poorly-planned medical trip wastes everyone's time — ours and yours. We want to confirm that travelling to Korea for your procedure is clinically and logistically sensible before you spend money on flights.
Walk-ins are welcome for: STD testing, initial consultations (no procedure on the day), and dressing changes for post-op patients. For diagnostic procedures (penile Doppler ultrasound, uroflowmetry, semen analysis) and all surgical procedures, a booking is required. WhatsApp us with your availability and we can usually accommodate within 24–48 hours for booked appointments.
